4.8% ABV "We had a fundraiser raffle last fall with the winner getting to help design and brew a beer at Casita. I was very happy when Jake Brennan won and said what he enjoys most is a good ol' lager. Crafted using North Star pilsner malt as well as a pinch of munich and aromatic. We did the hopping with hand-selected whole leaf Saphir hops before a cold fermentation and a very, very long lagering period. I am in love with this beer as much as Jake Brennan loves Koalas."
